A highly experienced Head of Fintech Platform Delivery & Digital Banking Infrastructure is required to lead enterprise fintech implementation, API banking transformation, and financial systems modernization across high-value banking environments.
This fully remote executive role bridges strategic leadership, technical delivery, and financial platform transformation.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Delivery Leadership
- Lead strategic delivery of digital banking platforms, API integrations, and payment modernization programs.
- Oversee large-scale fintech transformation initiatives across financial institutions.
- Ensure execution excellence across delivery, operations, and stakeholder management.
2. Platform Architecture & Financial Systems Governance
- Guide modernization of core banking environments and financial infrastructure ecosystems.
- Ensure payment systems, API banking platforms, and digital financial services scale effectively.
- Strengthen governance across implementation and operational performance.
3. Executive Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the senior bridge between product leadership, engineering executives, operations teams, and board-level stakeholders.
- Translate technical transformation into measurable business outcomes and institutional value.
- Improve enterprise readiness for financial platform evolution.
4. Strategic Performance & Growth
- Monitor delivery success, platform resilience, and financial infrastructure ROI.
- Improve long-term scalability across digital banking operations.
- Drive strategic planning for future fintech capability expansion.
