An ambitious fintech enterprise is expanding its international payment capabilities and is searching for an exceptional Head of Cross-Border Payments & Financial Network Strategy.
This role is responsible for developing highly efficient international payment ecosystems that improve transaction speed, reduce settlement costs, enhance financial interoperability, and deliver secure payment experiences for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will collaborate with global payment partners, banking institutions, technology vendors, and enterprise stakeholders to establish scalable financial infrastructure supporting international commerce.

Payment Strategy
- Develop international payment frameworks.
- Optimize payment routing.
- Improve settlement efficiency.

Financial Infrastructure
- Lead payment platform modernization.
- Improve transaction processing.
- Design API payment architecture.
- Support real-time payment innovation.

Business Development
- Identify new commercial partnerships.

- Drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging payment technologies.
- Support international growth strategies.
Governance
- Ensure payment compliance.
- Strengthen operational controls.
- Monitor transaction performance.
- Improve risk management.
- Maintain service reliability.
Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years’ experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of international payment systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
