An internationally recognized financial technology institution is inviting applications for the prestigious role of Chief Financial Technology Ecosystems Officer.
This executive opportunity is designed for an influential leader capable of orchestrating enterprise-wide financial innovation, building intelligent digital ecosystems, and accelerating the adoption of next-generation financial technologies across regional and international markets.
You will oversee strategic transformation initiatives spanning digital banking, enterprise payment platforms, financial APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic partnerships that redefine the future of financial services.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board, you will serve as the principal architect of long-term technology strategy while cultivating sustainable commercial growth and operational excellence.

- Direct enterprise architecture modernization.
- Oversee digital banking platforms.
- Lead payment ecosystem expansion.
- Champion cloud-native financial infrastructure.
- Promote AI-enabled financial intelligence.
Corporate Leadership
- Mentor executive leadership teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to Board committees.
- Manage enterprise investment portfolios.
- Strengthen organizational capability development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Governance
- Ensure enterprise regulatory readiness.
- Strengthen cybersecurity governance.
- Improve operational resilience.
- Maintain technology risk oversight.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA, MSc, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, enterprise technology, or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise transformation, financial platforms, cloud computing, Open Banking, APIs, and strategic partnerships.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
