As Principal Software Engineer – Financial Automation & Payment Orchestration, you will design highly scalable backend architectures, optimize transaction routing, automate payment workflows, and enhance financial interoperability across diverse payment networks.
Core Responsibilities
- Design enterprise payment orchestration platforms.
- Build cloud-native financial microservices.
- Develop secure API gateways and integration services.
- Optimize payment routing and transaction performance.
- Implement intelligent workflow automation.
- Create resilient event-driven architectures.
- Enhance platform observability and operational monitoring.
- Improve application reliability through automation and testing.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote software excellence.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native development and distributed systems.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale financial applications.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
