A fast-growing fintech company is searching for a highly skilled Principal FinTech Integration Engineer to design and build intelligent integration platforms connecting digital banking services, payment networks, enterprise financial systems, and cloud-native applications.
This position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical financial infrastructure supporting secure, high-performance transactions across regional and international markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design enterprise API architecture for financial platforms.
- Develop secure integration services and microservices.
- Build scalable middleware supporting real-time financial transactions.
- Optimize enterprise API performance and reliability.
- Strengthen authentication, encryption, and API governance.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering and DevSecOps teams.
- Develop event-driven integration solutions using modern technologies.
- Conduct technical architecture reviews and performance optimization.
- Mentor software engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging financial integration technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise integration or software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Go, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud computing.
- Experience with financial technology integration and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
