A globally recognized financial technology organization is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical digital banking platforms serving millions of customers across the GCC and international markets.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while building enterprise automation frameworks that guarantee flawless customer experiences across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise test automation frameworks.
- Develop automated functional, regression, integration, and API test suites.
- Validate digital banking platforms, payment gateways, and financial transaction systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers throughout Agile development cycles.
- Perform performance, scalability, and security validation testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Produce quality metrics and release-readiness reports.
- Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of Quality Assurance or Test Automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, Jenkins, Git, SQL, and Java or Python.
- Experience with cloud environments and Agile methodologies.
- Financial technology or banking experience is highly preferred.
