An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Director – FinTech Treasury Transformation & Liquidity Solutions to modernize treasury operations, optimize liquidity strategies, and develop intelligent financial solutions that support enterprise growth and operational resilience.
This executive leadership role combines treasury expertise, financial technology innovation, strategic planning, and digital transformation to build future-ready treasury ecosystems for regional and international financial operations.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise treasury modernization strategies.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across treasury and liquidity operations.
- Design intelligent cash management and liquidity optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, product, and commercial leadership teams.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Monitor treasury performance using advanced financial analytics.
- Develop executive reports and strategic investment recommendations.
- Strengthen governance and operational risk management.
- Mentor treasury transformation and financial operations professionals.
- Represent the organization at international treasury and fintech conferences.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, ACT, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, fintech, or banking.
- Strong expertise in liquidity management, financial technology, digital transformation, and enterprise finance.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.
