A rapidly expanding fintech company is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Software Test Architect to design enterprise testing strategies for sophisticated financial applications supporting payment platforms, digital banking, wealth management, and AI-driven financial services.
You will define automation architecture, improve software quality governance, and establish testing excellence across cloud-native financial platforms operating at global scale.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design enterprise software testing architecture.
- Develop automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and cloud applications.
- Lead performance, security, integration, and regression testing initiatives.
- Define enterprise software quality standards and governance.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Optimize continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct technical reviews and testing strategy assessments.
- Mentor Quality Assurance engineers and automation specialists.
- Monitor enterprise software quality metrics.
- Drive innovation across quality engineering practices.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of software testing or quality engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, REST Assured, Java, Python, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working within fintech or banking software environments.
- ISTQB certification is advantageous.
