An innovative fintech enterprise is recruiting a highly accomplished Principal Full Stack Engineer – Payment Technologies to build next-generation payment platforms capable of processing high-volume, real-time financial transactions with exceptional security, speed, and reliability.
You will work alongside globally distributed engineering teams to create scalable financial technology products that support digital wallets, merchant platforms, embedded finance, and enterprise payment ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise payment applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Architect cloud-native backend services and distributed systems.
- Build interactive customer portals and financial dashboards.
- Design secure APIs for payment processing and merchant integrations.
- Implement event-driven microservices architecture.
- Improve application scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Integrate cloud services and automated deployment pipelines.
- Conduct peer code reviews and architectural assessments.
- Mentor engineering teams on software engineering best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 8 years of Full Stack engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
- Experience with payment systems or enterprise financial applications.
- Strong understanding of secure software development and API architecture.
