A globally growing WealthTech organization is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Software Developer to build sophisticated digital investment platforms that deliver personalized financial insights, advanced portfolio analytics, and exceptional user experiences.
You will collaborate with AI engineers, financial analysts, UX designers, cybersecurity specialists, and cloud architects to develop secure, scalable solutions supporting modern investment and wealth management services.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise WealthTech platforms.
- Build highly responsive web applications and customer investment dashboards.
- Design secure backend services supporting financial analytics and portfolio management.
- Integrate AI-powered recommendation engines and financial data services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and cloud-native microservices.
- Optimize application security, reliability, and performance.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.

- Mentor developers while establishing coding standards and engineering governance.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of Full Stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Python, .NET Core, Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with financial analytics, investment platforms, or enterprise SaaS applications is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
