A rapidly growing fintech enterprise is searching for a highly skilled Lead FinTech DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security, automation, and cloud engineering into the software delivery lifecycle of mission-critical financial platforms.
You will work alongside software engineers, cloud architects, and cybersecurity professionals to build resilient, scalable, and highly secure financial technology solutions serving customers across multiple international markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Build secure CI/CD pipelines for financial applications.
- Automate cloud infrastructure deployment and configuration.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using modern automation frameworks.
- Integrate application security testing throughout development lifecycles.
- Strengthen Kubernetes and container security.
- Monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities and threats.
- Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams.
- Enhance platform observability and operational resilience.
- Mentor DevSecOps engineers.
- Drive enterprise cloud security best practices.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 7 years of DevSecOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Linux.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of secure software engineering principles and cloud security frameworks.
