Strategic Duties
Next-Generation Payment Architecture
- Develop innovative payment ecosystems supporting:

Fintech Product Strategy & Market Expansion
- Lead the entire lifecycle of advanced financial products from concept and architecture to deployment and market optimization.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify emerging customer needs, technological opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Create scalable fintech solutions designed for regional and international expansion.
Data Intelligence & Automation
- Implement AI-driven analytics to optimize transaction performance, customer behavior insights, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
- Establish intelligent decision engines that improve payment reliability and financial service personalization.
- Promote automation across payment operations, customer support, and financial processing systems.
Enterprise Leadership & Global Collaboration
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising software engineers, data scientists, payment specialists, product managers, and cybersecurity professionals.
- Manage strategic partnerships with financial stakeholders, technology providers, and innovation ecosystems.
- Build a culture of continuous innovation, technical excellence, and sustainable digital growth.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 12–20 years of experience in fintech, digital payments, banking technology, or financial innovation.
- Advanced knowledge of payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, API ecosystems, artificial intelligence, and large-scale financial systems.
- Strong executive leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex international fintech projects and high-value digital transformation initiatives.
