The Global Head will architect and execute a holistic cross-border payments strategy, integrating:

1. Network Optimization
- Analyze and redesign payment routing architectures
- Minimize friction across correspondent banking networks
- Optimize liquidity management across jurisdictions
2. Multi-Rail Payment Integration
- Integrate SWIFT, real-time payment systems, and blockchain networks
- Enable seamless interoperability between payment infrastructures
- Develop hybrid settlement models combining fiat and digital assets
3. Cost & Speed Optimization
- Reduce transaction costs through intelligent routing algorithms
- Implement near-instant settlement frameworks
- Leverage AI for transaction path optimization
4. Regulatory Alignment
- Navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks
- Design systems aligned with global and GCC-specific financial regulations
- Ensure transparency and auditability across all transactions
TECHNICAL & STRATEGIC EXPOSURE
- Payment Protocols: ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX
- Blockchain: Ripple, Stellar, Ethereum-based settlement systems
- Data Analytics: Real-time transaction monitoring systems
- Infrastructure: Distributed systems, cloud-native architectures
IDEAL PROFILE
- 12–20 years in payments, financial networks, or global banking infrastructure
- Deep expertise in cross-border payments and liquidity optimization
- Experience working across multiple financial jurisdictions
