Role Charter

The Fintech Service Delivery & Operations Manager is entrusted with ensuring the consistent, secure, and high-performance delivery of digital financial services across multiple channels. This role combines operational leadership, service governance, and performance optimization, making it central to maintaining user trust and system reliability.

You will act as the primary custodian of service quality, ensuring that all fintech products—ranging from payments to account services—operate within defined service-level expectations.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery for fintech platforms, ensuring uninterrupted availability
  • Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate incident management processes, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking
  • Supervise transaction monitoring and operational reporting across financial systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system resilience and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and data protection standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and user experience
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems
  • 5–8 years of experience in fintech operations, service delivery, or banking
  • Strong understanding of digital financial services and operational frameworks
  • Experience managing SLAs and performance metrics

Preferred Competencies

  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance dashboards
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
