Role Overview
A high-growth fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Fintech Sales Executive – SME Lending, Financial Products & Customer Expansion to drive adoption of financial products tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This role focuses on helping businesses access modern financial services such as working capital loans, merchant financing, and digital credit solutions. You will act as the bridge between financial innovation and real business needs, ensuring SMEs gain access to the capital required to grow and scale.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored financial solutions, and closing deals that directly contribute to the expansion of the fintech lending portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- Acquire SME clients and promote fintech lending and financial solutions
- Present and explain lending products, credit facilities, and financing options to business owners
- Achieve assigned sales targets for loan origination and financial product uptake
- Build strong relationships with SME owners, entrepreneurs, and business decision-makers
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Coordinate with underwriting and risk teams for smooth loan processing
- Follow up with clients throughout onboarding and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions
- Identify new market opportunities within SME and merchant sectors
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and lending policies
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, financial services, or banking
- Strong understanding of SME business environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to explain financial products in a simple and persuasive manner
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Familiarity with lending or credit products is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking, fintech, or microfinance sales
- Knowledge of SME lending or credit assessment processes
- Familiarity with Saudi business landscape
- Exposure to CRM systems and sales tracking tools
