Fintech Reporting- Controls & Compliance Associate – Bahrain

Role Purpose
The Reporting, Controls & Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring transparency, regulatory alignment, and operational integrity within fintech systems. This role integrates financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and internal control processes to support a robust and accountable fintech environment.
Functional Scope
Financial & Operational Reporting
- Generate periodic reports covering transaction volumes, operational performance, and compliance indicators.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reported data.
Internal Controls
- Support the development and maintenance of internal control frameworks.
- Monitor adherence to established processes and identify control gaps.
Compliance Oversight
- Assist in ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and Bahrain’s financial guidelines.
- Monitor transactions for potential compliance risks or irregularities.
Audit Support
- Prepare documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized records for regulatory review and verification.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, compliance, or financial operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Technical Capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of financial data systems and compliance software.
