What You Will Be Doing
As a Fintech Customer Onboarding & KYC Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the onboarding process for new users. You will review customer documentation, verify identities, and ensure that all onboarding activities meet regulatory standards.
You will also play a key role in improving onboarding efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and working with internal teams to enhance digital verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer identification documents in line with KYC requirements.
- Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments for new customers.
- Ensure onboarding processes comply with Oman’s financial regulations.
- Handle onboarding-related queries and provide support to customers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce turnaround time.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in KYC, onboarding, compliance, or financial services.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess documentation accuracy.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
