A technology-driven fintech organization is looking for an experienced Fintech Customer Lifecycle Analytics Manager to lead customer intelligence initiatives that improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across digital financial products.
Working alongside marketing, product, data science, and customer success teams, you will develop analytical strategies that enhance personalized financial experiences while supporting commercial growth objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build customer lifecycle analytics frameworks.
- Analyze customer behavior across digital financial platforms.
- Develop predictive retention and engagement models.
- Design executive dashboards measuring customer performance.
- Support segmentation and personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams on customer experience improvements.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness using financial analytics.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
- Present analytical insights to executive leadership.
- Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, banking analytics, CRM analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in customer analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise analytics platforms.
