Key Duties
- Lead growth strategy across strategic fintech partnerships and regional financial ecosystem development
- Identify new revenue opportunities across payments, merchant solutions, embedded finance, and customer financial platforms
- Build strategic alliances with payment processors, financial institutions, and technology ecosystem providers
- Support go-to-market execution for new financial products and commercial expansion programs
- Strengthen customer acquisition models and financial service adoption strategies
- Evaluate partnership performance, commercial outcomes, and revenue contribution frameworks
- Collaborate with product, finance, compliance, and operations teams for scalable business delivery
- Improve market penetration across SME financial services and digital transaction platforms
- Build executive-level partnership reporting and strategic growth recommendations
- Support cross-border expansion opportunities and regional financial integration strategies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fintech growth, partnerships, payments, or strategic business development
- Strong understanding of GCC fintech ecosystems and financial market expansion strategies
- Experience across payment platforms, strategic partnerships, and customer financial products
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue growth and relationship management success
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation capability
