Position Overview
A high-growth financial technology ecosystem in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Executive Manager – Fintech Product Growth & Revenue Strategy to lead strategic product expansion, customer growth acceleration, revenue optimization, and financial product innovation across advanced payment platforms, digital banking channels, embedded finance solutions, and merchant ecosystems.
This role is designed for a senior fintech growth leader who can transform complex financial products into scalable commercial success stories. The successful candidate will own the strategic roadmap for product monetization, customer acquisition, lifecycle optimization, and ecosystem growth while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability.
This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals who understand how to convert fintech innovation into measurable profitability and market leadership across GCC financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide product growth strategy across digital payments, merchant services, financial access products, and embedded finance solutions
- Build and execute revenue optimization frameworks for financial products across retail, SME, and enterprise customer segments
- Develop high-performance customer acquisition funnels and improve digital product conversion strategies
- Strengthen onboarding experiences, customer activation journeys, and long-term retention models
- Design pricing strategies, monetization frameworks, and commercial profitability models for fintech product portfolios
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, and operations teams to accelerate product delivery and market readiness
- Drive product experimentation, innovation pilots, and go-to-market strategies across multiple fintech verticals
- Introduce advanced customer intelligence frameworks using behavioral analytics and transaction data
- Build strategic ecosystem partnerships with financial institutions, payment processors, and infrastructure providers
- Deliver executive dashboards and board-level reporting across product performance, growth metrics, and strategic expansion outcomes
- Lead regional market expansion initiatives and new product commercialization programs
- Mentor product growth teams and establish innovation governance standards across business units
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Product Management, Business Administration, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 9+ years of fintech product leadership, growth strategy, or digital financial services experience
- Strong expertise in product monetization, customer growth strategy, and financial platform commercialization
- Deep understanding of UAE fintech ecosystems and customer financial behavior trends
- Proven success scaling digital financial products in highly competitive markets
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership capability
