A rapidly advancing financial technology environment in Doha is seeking a visionary Executive Director – Fintech Ecosystem Growth & Strategic Partnerships to lead large-scale business expansion, strategic alliances, financial ecosystem development, and next-generation digital finance growth initiatives across payments, embedded finance, merchant platforms, and customer financial solutions.
This role is built for a senior fintech executive who understands how partnerships, infrastructure, and strategic market positioning create long-term competitive advantage. The successful candidate will oversee enterprise-wide growth initiatives across financial platforms, commercial alliances, customer acquisition channels, and cross-border market expansion strategies throughout the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide fintech growth strategy across partnerships, digital payments, embedded finance, and customer financial services
- Build long-term strategic alliances with banks, payment processors, financial infrastructure providers, and digital ecosystem partners
- Develop scalable revenue frameworks for partnership-driven financial product growth and commercial sustainability
- Strengthen market penetration strategies across SME financial services, merchant ecosystems, and transaction platforms
- Support go-to-market execution for new financial products and regional expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with product, finance, compliance, and executive leadership teams to ensure strategic delivery
- Improve customer acquisition channels and strengthen financial service adoption across multiple segments
- Evaluate partnership performance, financial ROI, and long-term commercial impact across strategic business lines
- Deliver executive reporting and board-level commercial intelligence for strategic decision-making
- Identify cross-border expansion opportunities across GCC financial markets and digital banking ecosystems
- Build leadership capability across commercial growth and strategic partnership teams
- Establish long-term innovation frameworks that strengthen market leadership and enterprise scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech partnerships, strategic growth, or financial services expansion
- Strong expertise in payment ecosystems, commercial growth strategy, and financial platform scalability
- Deep understanding of Qatar’s financial services environment and regional fintech market trends
- Proven experience leading large-scale strategic alliances and market expansion programs
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and negotiation capability
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic decision-making expertise
