A high-growth financial technology organization is seeking an influential Executive Director β Fintech Corporate Development & Strategic Ventures to spearhead corporate expansion, strategic investments, and ecosystem partnerships across the Gulf’s rapidly evolving financial landscape.
This executive appointment combines corporate strategy, venture development, commercial innovation, investment analysis, and executive leadership to accelerate sustainable growth while identifying transformative opportunities within digital finance.
You will work directly with the Executive Committee to shape long-term corporate direction, evaluate acquisition opportunities, establish strategic alliances, and unlock new sources of enterprise value.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise growth and corporate development strategies.
- Identify acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities.
- Lead strategic due diligence and commercial evaluation initiatives.
- Build relationships with banks, investors, and technology organizations.
- Drive regional expansion across emerging financial markets.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on enterprise planning.
- Evaluate competitive intelligence and market opportunities.
- Represent the organization at international investment and fintech forums.
- Build governance frameworks supporting strategic ventures.
- Mentor senior strategy and business development teams.
Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Significant executive experience in fintech, banking, venture development, corporate finance, or strategic consulting.
- Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, financial modelling, and commercial growth.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
