Position Overview
An internationally expanding fintech organization is strengthening its enterprise data capabilities and seeks an accomplished Director β Global Fintech Data Governance & Intelligent Operations.
The successful candidate will establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, oversee intelligent operational transformation, improve data quality and regulatory readiness, and leverage advanced analytics to optimize decision-making across digital financial services.
This strategic leadership role combines technology, governance, operations, and innovation to build a resilient, insight-driven financial enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise data governance strategy.
- Lead intelligent operations transformation.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 12+ years of leadership experience in data governance, fintech, banking technology, analytics, or enterprise operations.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale data initiatives.
