About the Role
A leading financial technology enterprise is establishing an advanced Cyber Defence Centre to strengthen digital trust across high-value financial ecosystems.
The organization seeks an accomplished Executive Director β Financial Cyber Defence & Trust Architecture to lead enterprise cyber resilience, digital trust strategies, security architecture, fraud prevention initiatives, and operational risk programmes protecting critical financial infrastructure.
This position requires an executive capable of combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to safeguard enterprise platforms against evolving cyber threats while enabling secure financial innovation.
Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Security Leadership
- Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
- Lead digital trust programmes.
- Oversee financial infrastructure protection.
- Direct enterprise incident response governance.
- Enhance cyber resilience capabilities.
Risk & Intelligence
- Build advanced threat intelligence capabilities.
- Strengthen fraud prevention initiatives.
- Improve enterprise vulnerability management.
- Develop executive cyber risk reporting.
- Guide business continuity planning.
Executive Collaboration
- Partner with technology leadership.
- Advise executive committees.
- Represent cybersecurity initiatives before regulatory stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary security teams.
- Drive continuous enterprise security innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience leading enterprise security programmes.
- Strong executive leadership capability.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
