Role Summary
A high-growth financial technology enterprise is seeking a visionary Vice President β Fintech Growth Strategy & Global Market Expansion to drive commercial growth across the GCC, Africa, Europe, and emerging financial markets.
The successful leader will identify expansion opportunities, build strategic alliances, evaluate new market entry models, develop commercial partnerships, and oversee large-scale business growth initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s international footprint.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise growth strategies.
- Lead international market expansion initiatives.
- Build strategic commercial partnerships.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Evaluate new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 14 years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading regional or international business expansion.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
