Transform the Future of Financial Technology
An internationally recognised financial technology organisation is seeking a distinguished executive to assume the role of Global Head – Financial Technology Innovation. This appointment offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide innovation programmes that redefine digital financial services across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and international markets.
The successful candidate will drive next-generation payment ecosystems, intelligent financial platforms, AI-enabled banking solutions, enterprise digital transformation, and strategic partnerships while establishing sustainable competitive advantage through technological excellence and customer-centric innovation.
This position requires an exceptional leader capable of integrating commercial strategy, technological innovation, operational governance, and international market expansion into a unified enterprise vision.

- Build high-performing executive leadership teams.
- Strengthen enterprise governance frameworks.

- Represent the organisation at international financial technology forums.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Technology Management.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital finance, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing international multidisciplinary teams.
