A progressive fintech transformation environment in Muscat is recruiting a highly strategic Director of Product Expansion – Digital Banking & Financial Platforms to lead customer growth, financial product expansion, digital banking innovation, and ecosystem scalability across modern financial service platforms.
This role requires a commercially intelligent leader who can build profitable financial products, optimize customer financial journeys, and strengthen long-term business growth through innovation-led execution. The successful candidate will own the growth architecture behind digital banking adoption, payment ecosystems, merchant financial solutions, and customer retention strategies.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead product expansion strategy across digital banking channels, payment solutions, and customer financial products
- Identify high-growth opportunities across transaction services, embedded finance, merchant services, and financial access platforms
- Improve customer acquisition, onboarding efficiency, and financial product adoption across multiple user segments
- Build scalable product roadmaps aligned with revenue growth and market expansion goals
- Strengthen customer retention strategies and lifecycle optimization across digital financial services
- Design profitability models and pricing strategies for sustainable product performance
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure successful product execution
- Drive experimentation frameworks for product-market fit validation and continuous optimization
- Introduce strategic partnerships that accelerate financial ecosystem expansion and customer reach
- Deliver leadership reporting across product performance, revenue outcomes, and commercial opportunities
- Support regional product scalability and multi-market growth strategies across GCC operations
- Build high-performing product teams and leadership succession pipelines
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Product Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree highly preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in fintech product growth, digital banking, or financial services strategy
- Strong expertise in customer financial products, digital payments, and growth optimization
- Understanding of Oman’s financial services ecosystem and digital transformation priorities
- Proven ability to manage high-impact product growth portfolios
- Strong executive stakeholder management and strategic leadership capability
- Excellent analytical and commercial execution skills
