Role Summary

A sophisticated fintech transformation environment in Riyadh is recruiting an experienced Director of Fintech Treasury Solutions & Institutional Payments to lead treasury innovation, institutional payment ecosystems, settlement optimization, and enterprise financial operations across large-scale digital finance infrastructure.

This role requires a highly strategic leader capable of managing complex treasury operations while driving growth across payment systems, liquidity optimization, and institutional financial services. The successful candidate will oversee transaction performance, financial control frameworks, and enterprise-wide treasury modernization initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead strategic treasury operations across institutional payments, settlements, and liquidity management frameworks
• Build scalable payment infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients, financial institutions, and high-value transaction ecosystems
• Strengthen treasury controls, reconciliation workflows, and operational finance governance standards
• Improve settlement efficiency, transaction visibility, and financial reporting accuracy across payment systems
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams for enterprise-wide strategic alignment
• Develop profitability models and pricing strategies for treasury services and institutional financial products
• Introduce automation initiatives for treasury productivity and operational excellence improvement
• Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for treasury visibility and board-level decision-making
• Strengthen ecosystem partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial infrastructure providers
• Ensure governance readiness across audits, regulatory reporting, and financial controls
• Support regional expansion opportunities across GCC treasury and payment service markets
• Build leadership capability across treasury operations and institutional finance teams

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Financial Technology
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in treasury leadership, payments, institutional banking, or fintech finance
• Strong expertise in treasury operations, institutional payments, and settlement optimization
• Understanding of Saudi financial governance frameworks and enterprise finance transformation priorities
• Proven leadership across treasury modernization and large-scale financial operations programs
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
• Advanced strategic planning and operational excellence expertise
