The Digital Banking Support & Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of digital banking services across multiple platforms. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Monitor the performance of digital banking systems, including mobile apps, web platforms, and payment services.

Customer & System Support
- Handle escalated customer issues related to digital banking services.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve system-related incidents and bugs.
Process Improvement

Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements governing digital banking operations in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in banking operations, fintech support, or digital services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and customer service processes.
