Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital banking products and services.
- Assist customers with digital account onboarding and platform navigation.
- Promote mobile banking, internet banking, and digital payment solutions.
- Monitor digital banking transactions and escalate operational issues when required.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to improve customer experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback to recommend service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal operational procedures.
- Support digital banking campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and operational documentation.
- Prepare activity reports and service performance metrics.
- Stay informed about emerging digital banking technologies and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms, electronic payments, and financial products.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and banking software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Professional banking or fintech certifications are an advantage.
