Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across retail banking products and services.
- Open and maintain customer accounts in accordance with banking procedures.
- Promote savings, current accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support customer onboarding and account documentation reviews.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and banking documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and operational teams.
- Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
- Support branch sales and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with service quality improvement programmes.
- Promote digital banking adoption among customers.
- Contribute to continuous operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in banking operations, customer service, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused and commercially aware mindset.
- Knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
