We are seeking a distinguished Architect to shape the technology foundations of sophisticated financial platforms.
This is a strategic architecture role for a professional who understands that excellent fintech architecture must simultaneously deliver scale, resilience, security, interoperability, performance, and exceptional customer experiences.
THE ARCHITECTURAL MANDATE

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
Enterprise Architecture
Define technology blueprints connecting business capabilities with scalable financial technology.
Platform Architecture
Design modular platforms capable of supporting multiple products, markets, channels, and customer segments.
API & Integration Architecture
Establish secure and scalable integration frameworks connecting internal and external financial services.
Digital Banking
Architect modern digital banking capabilities across customer journeys, financial products, accounts, payments, and service channels.
Resilience
Design systems capable of maintaining service continuity under unexpected demand, infrastructure failures, and operational disruption.
Technology Governance
Establish architectural standards, principles, design reviews, technology roadmaps, and technical decision frameworks.
Innovation
Evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they can create meaningful improvements in financial infrastructure.
THE ARCHITECTURE STANDARD
A sophisticated financial architecture must answer more than:

IDEAL PROFILE

10+ years in enterprise architecture, fintech, banking technology, payments, or large-scale software engineering

Proven experience designing complex financial platforms
-
Deep knowledge of distributed systems and modern architecture

Strong cloud and API architecture experience
-
Understanding of financial transaction lifecycles
-
Excellent technical governance capability
-
Strong executive communication
-
Ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture
Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, Kubernetes, data platforms, and modern integration patterns is highly desirable.
Compensation: Distinguished-level package aligned with architecture scope and experience.
Work Model: Remote-first with GCC regional engagement.
