We are seeking an entrepreneurial Ventures executive to identify, validate, and build new fintech businesses from early-stage concept through commercial scale.
THE VENTURE-BUILDING CYCLE
DISCOVER
Identify customer pain points, market gaps, emerging technologies, and commercially attractive opportunities.
VALIDATE
Test assumptions through customer research, competitive analysis, prototypes, financial modelling, and controlled experimentation.
DESIGN
Build the business model, product proposition, distribution strategy, economics, operating model, and launch roadmap.
LAUNCH
Coordinate product, technology, commercial, operations, partnerships, and customer-acquisition teams.
SCALE
Track performance and accelerate ventures demonstrating product-market fit and attractive economics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strategic partnerships

Coordinate venture launches

THE VENTURE FILTER

Can the economics work?
Can the business scale?
You will be expected to move quickly—but never blindly.
IDEAL PROFILE

10+ years in fintech, venture building, strategy, investment, consulting, entrepreneurship, banking, or technology

Proven experience creating or scaling new businesses

Strong financial modelling capability

Excellent market and customer research skills

Strong understanding of digital financial products

Exceptional commercial judgment

Strong partnership and negotiation skills

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments

Excellent executive communication
Experience launching fintech ventures, digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled businesses is highly desirable.

Compensation: Executive-level package aligned with venture scope, experience, and commercial impact.
Work Model: Remote-first with GCC and international engagement.
