Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor digital banking transactions.
- Support payment processing and electronic fund transfer operations.
- Verify customer documentation and operational records.
- Assist with account maintenance and transaction reconciliation.
- Resolve operational issues and customer service requests.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams.
- Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.
- Support process improvement initiatives within banking operations.
- Monitor transaction exceptions and operational risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in banking operations, financial services, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of digital payment processes and banking operations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
