Key Responsibilities
- Process letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections.
- Review trade finance documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate international trade transactions with customers and correspondent banks.
- Monitor trade finance portfolios and transaction timelines.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support import and export financing activities.
- Prepare trade finance reports and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and operations teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries relating to trade finance services.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within trade operations.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Assist with product enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments affecting international trade.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, International Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in trade finance, commercial banking, or banking operations.
- Knowledge of international trade documentation and payment instruments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
