A highly accomplished Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) is required to lead enterprise-wide innovation strategy across digital banking, payments modernization, customer financial experiences, and long-term fintech transformation.
This fully remote executive leadership role provides strategic ownership over innovation programs, emerging technology adoption, product experimentation, and future-ready financial ecosystem development.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Innovation Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term innovation vision across digital banking, payments, customer financial services, and embedded finance ecosystems.
- Identify disruptive market opportunities and lead transformation programs across regional and international markets.
- Build scalable innovation frameworks that align experimentation with measurable business outcomes.
2. Emerging Technology Leadership
- Evaluate and drive adoption of advanced technologies including AI, predictive analytics, automation, API ecosystems, and intelligent financial infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise innovation across customer onboarding, payments, lending, and financial service delivery.
- Build strategic innovation roadmaps that support future business expansion.
3. Cross-Functional Executive Transformation
- Partner with technology, operations, product, compliance, and board-level stakeholders to ensure innovation translates into operational success.
- Remove institutional barriers to innovation execution and organizational agility.
- Create enterprise-wide innovation governance and delivery standards.
4. Revenue Growth & Strategic Commercialization
- Drive monetization opportunities across new fintech products, partnerships, and digital financial services.
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption through innovation strategy.
- Deliver executive reporting and board-level innovation performance insights.
