Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Fintech Innovation Officer to spearhead Saudi Arabia’s digital financial transformation. This executive role requires mastery of blockchain ecosystems, AI-driven financial analytics, digital banking, and secure payment infrastructures, with strategic oversight of regulatory compliance and innovation leadership across remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement large-scale digital finance platforms including payments, lending, wealth management, and digital assets.

Lead cross-functional, remote teams in deploying AI-powered financial analytics and blockchain solutions.

Drive strategic initiatives to align fintech innovations with Saudi Central Bank regulations and international standards.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as decentralized finance (DeFi), AI-driven risk analytics, and tokenized asset frameworks.

Represent Saudi digital finance initiatives in global fintech forums, advisory boards, and thought leadership panels.

Advise on risk management, cybersecurity protocols, and operational excellence across fintech deployments.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience in fintech leadership, digital banking, or blockchain architecture.

Proven expertise in AI applications in finance, digital payment systems, and blockchain implementations.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and GCC fintech policies.

Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and executive communication skills.
