Primary Responsibilities
Platform Engineering
- Design scalable financial technology platforms.
- Build cloud-native financial services.
- Develop secure enterprise APIs.
- Improve transaction processing performance.
- Optimize system scalability and resilience.
Software Development
- Lead backend engineering initiatives.
- Build event-driven architectures.
- Integrate distributed financial services.
- Enhance application security.
- Improve software delivery pipelines.
Cloud Infrastructure
- Design multi-cloud deployment strategies.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Improve observability and monitoring.
- Strengthen disaster recovery capabilities.
- Optimize enterprise infrastructure costs.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Define software engineering standards.
- Review enterprise architecture.
- Promote DevSecOps best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technology trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or fintech platform development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Go, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
