Build the Infrastructure Behind Always-On Financial Services
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Principal Financial Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the availability, resilience, scalability, and operational excellence of enterprise financial platforms supporting high-volume digital transactions.
This role is ideal for an engineering leader passionate about automation, observability, cloud-native infrastructure, and resilient architecture capable of supporting mission-critical financial services across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Reliability
- Design resilient financial infrastructure.
- Improve platform availability and uptime.
- Optimize system scalability.
- Build disaster recovery solutions.
- Strengthen service resilience.
Cloud Operations
- Manage cloud-native environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Improve monitoring and observability.
- Optimize infrastructure performance.
- Enhance deployment reliability.
Engineering Excellence
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code standards.
- Strengthen CI/CD automation.
- Improve incident management processes.
- Conduct reliability assessments.
- Drive continuous platform optimization.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Define enterprise reliability standards.
- Collaborate with software architects.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Financial Platform Engineering.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, Python, Go, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), observability tools, and distributed systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and leadership skills.
