Architect the Cloud Backbone of Global Financial Services
An ambitious financial technology organization is investing heavily in resilient cloud-native financial infrastructure and seeks a visionary Principal Financial Cloud Solutions Architect to design secure, scalable, and highly available platforms supporting mission-critical financial applications.
You will lead enterprise architecture initiatives that modernize banking systems, accelerate product delivery, strengthen cybersecurity, and optimize cloud operations for next-generation digital financial services.
Core Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture
- Design multi-cloud financial environments.
- Develop cloud migration strategies.
- Build high-availability architectures.
- Optimize cloud performance.
- Enhance infrastructure scalability.
Platform Engineering
- Lead Infrastructure-as-Code implementation.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop containerized deployment strategies.
- Integrate enterprise APIs.
- Improve platform observability.
Security & Reliability
- Implement Zero Trust security models.
- Strengthen identity and access management.
- Conduct cloud security assessments.
- Develop disaster recovery strategies.
- Ensure platform resilience and compliance.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Define architecture standards.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies.
- Support enterprise transformation projects.
- Collaborate with product and cybersecurity leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of cloud engineering or enterprise architecture experience.
- Extensive expertise with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, DevSecOps, API management, and enterprise networking.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems architecture and cybersecurity best practices.
