Shape the Next Generation of Fintech Innovation
An elite leadership opportunity is available for a commercially astute executive to lead strategic investments in emerging financial technologies across the GCC. As Vice President – Fintech Investment Strategy & Corporate Ventures, you will identify high-growth opportunities, evaluate innovative startups, structure strategic partnerships, and guide investment decisions that accelerate digital transformation.
You will work closely with executive leadership, institutional investors, innovation hubs, and technology founders to build a portfolio of transformative fintech initiatives that create long-term value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop corporate venture investment strategies.
- Evaluate fintech startups through financial and technical due diligence.
- Lead investment negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and strategic outcomes.
- Conduct market research on emerging fintech trends.
- Identify opportunities in payments, wealth management, lending, insurtech, and digital assets.
- Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations.
- Build relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and innovation ecosystems.
- Advise executive leadership on investment risks and opportunities.
- Represent the organization at international fintech and investment forums.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management.
- CFA, CAIA, or MBA is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, investment banking, or fintech.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- Outstanding negotiation and executive communication skills.
