Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise investment and growth strategies.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead commercial due diligence and financial analysis initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term corporate planning.
- Build relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners.

- Establish executive performance metrics and investment frameworks.

Professional Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Investment Management, or related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in fintech, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture capital, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, commercial negotiations, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and executive communication skills.
