Primary Objectives

Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success in strategic partnerships and business development.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
