Role Purpose

As Director – AI Fraud Prevention & Financial Trust, you will lead enterprise fraud strategy by deploying intelligent technologies capable of identifying suspicious financial activities, reducing transaction risk, strengthening customer trust, and improving operational resilience.
This position combines data science, cybersecurity, financial crime intelligence, and executive leadership to create one of the region’s most advanced fraud prevention programmes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered fraud prevention strategies.
- Lead behavioral analytics programmes.
- Improve transaction monitoring capabilities.
- Develop intelligent fraud detection models.
- Strengthen digital identity verification.
- Enhance payment security governance.
- Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams.

- Present fraud intelligence to executive stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary analytics teams.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in fintech, fraud analytics, or financial crime prevention.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Experience deploying AI solutions within financial services.
