About the Opportunity
A fast-growing financial technology organization is seeking a Director – Fintech Cyber Resilience & Digital Trust to safeguard critical financial platforms against evolving cyber threats while strengthening digital trust across payment systems, cloud infrastructure, digital banking platforms, and financial APIs.
This strategic leadership position combines cybersecurity governance, enterprise resilience, fraud intelligence, and digital identity protection to ensure secure, uninterrupted financial services in a rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise cyber resilience strategies.
- Protect digital banking infrastructure.
- Lead financial cybersecurity operations.
- Strengthen cloud security governance.
- Enhance fraud detection capabilities.
- Build digital identity protection frameworks.
- Conduct enterprise cyber risk assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
- Lead incident response planning and cyber recovery exercises.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree and cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, fintech infrastructure, or digital financial services.
- Experience managing enterprise security programmes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
