Role Summary
A next-generation fintech organization is investing in advanced identity technologies to create secure, seamless, and intelligent digital financial experiences.
As the Global Head of Digital Identity & Financial Trust Services, you will lead the strategy, development, and governance of enterprise identity platforms supporting customer onboarding, biometric authentication, digital trust, fraud prevention, and secure financial transactions.
You will work across engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, product, and operations to establish trusted identity ecosystems that enable frictionless access to financial services while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital identity strategy.
- Lead biometric authentication initiatives.
- Oversee eKYC and customer verification platforms.
- Build fraud-resistant identity frameworks.
- Strengthen identity governance and access management.
- Drive AI-powered identity intelligence programmes.
- Collaborate with regulators and strategic technology partners.
- Improve customer onboarding experiences.
- Monitor emerging identity technologies and standards.
- Deliver executive reporting on identity and trust performance.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital identity, fintech security, or financial technology.
- Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and identity governance.
- Demonstrated leadership in enterprise digital transformation.
