Executive Vision
An internationally recognized financial technology enterprise is seeking an accomplished Chief Ecosystem Growth & Financial Innovation Officer to architect and scale one of the Middle East’s most advanced fintech ecosystems.
This executive appointment is responsible for creating strategic alliances between banks, payment networks, digital merchants, telecommunications providers, insurance platforms, and financial technology innovators to accelerate the adoption of intelligent financial services throughout the Gulf region.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, you will shape corporate strategy, identify emerging fintech opportunities, and oversee large-scale ecosystem development capable of supporting millions of digital financial interactions every day.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop long-term fintech ecosystem growth strategies.
- Lead enterprise Open Finance transformation programmes.
- Expand Banking-as-a-Service partnerships.
- Design embedded finance commercialization models.
- Build regional and international strategic alliances.
- Oversee digital banking innovation initiatives.
- Guide AI-driven financial product development.
- Strengthen enterprise payment interoperability.
- Lead executive negotiations with institutional partners.
- Identify emerging fintech investment opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, banking technology, or digital financial services.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to negotiate strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership capabilities.
