An internationally focused fintech organization is seeking an accomplished executive to drive strategic partnerships, commercial growth, and regional expansion throughout the GCC and global financial markets.
As the Vice President – Fintech Ecosystem Growth & Global Strategic Partnerships, you will lead high-value collaborations with financial institutions, technology companies, venture capital firms, payment networks, and innovation ecosystems to accelerate market expansion and unlock sustainable business opportunities.
This executive leadership role combines strategic vision, commercial excellence, and international relationship management to influence the future of digital finance.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global fintech partnership strategies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging commercial opportunities.
- Build executive relationships with banks, payment providers, and technology organizations.
- Lead negotiations for strategic alliances and joint ventures.
- Drive regional market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and industry analysis.
- Support investment evaluations and partnership due diligence.
- Represent the organization at global fintech conferences and investment forums.
- Deliver executive growth reports and strategic recommendations.
- Foster innovation through collaborative ecosystem development.
Executive Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Technology Management.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech, corporate strategy, business development, or financial services.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
- Proven success delivering international growth strategies.
- Excellent executive communication and leadership capabilities.
