A forward-thinking international fintech organization is seeking an experienced Director – FinTech Strategic Investments & Venture Partnerships to identify breakthrough technologies, evaluate investment opportunities, and establish strategic alliances that accelerate innovation and long-term enterprise growth.

This executive leadership role combines investment strategy, corporate finance, emerging technology assessment, and commercial partnership development to build a diversified portfolio of high-impact fintech initiatives across the Gulf region and beyond.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Develop corporate venture and strategic investment strategies.
• Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and market opportunities.
• Lead due diligence for investment and acquisition initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with startups, financial institutions, and technology providers.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, engineering, and product leadership teams.
• Develop investment business cases and executive reports.
• Monitor portfolio performance and strategic value creation.
• Present investment recommendations to executive committees.
• Mentor corporate development and investment professionals.
• Represent the organization at international fintech, venture capital, and innovation events.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in venture investments, corporate strategy, fintech, banking, or management consulting.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and technology evaluation.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and executive communication skills.
