Strategic Mandate

To lead the design and optimization of advanced digital banking systems integrating:

• Cross-border payment orchestration
• Multi-currency account ecosystems
• Intelligent settlement infrastructure
• Digital onboarding and identity frameworks
• API-based financial connectivity solutions

Primary Responsibilities

1. Cross-Border Financial Infrastructure Development

• Architect scalable financial systems enabling seamless regional and international money movement
• Design low-latency settlement frameworks supporting real-time transaction synchronization
• Optimize interoperability between banks, fintech platforms, remittance systems, and payment gateways

2. Multi-Currency Banking Ecosystems

• Build intelligent account infrastructures supporting multiple currencies and dynamic FX conversion
• Develop liquidity routing systems improving transaction speed and cost efficiency
• Oversee treasury synchronization between regional banking networks

3. Financial Identity & Digital Onboarding

• Design secure onboarding systems integrating biometric verification and digital identity intelligence
• Build automated KYC and customer risk assessment frameworks
• Optimize customer onboarding journeys to reduce friction while maintaining compliance integrity

4. Strategic Infrastructure Expansion

• Lead expansion initiatives across GCC and emerging international markets
• Build strategic alliances with financial institutions and payment processors
• Evaluate new technologies improving banking accessibility and operational resilience

Ideal Candidate

• 12+ years in fintech, banking infrastructure, or digital financial operations
• Strong expertise in cross-border payments, API ecosystems, and banking integrations
• Deep understanding of treasury synchronization and liquidity management
• Proven leadership in scaling financial technology platforms internationally
